Pace App FAQ
Is there a running / cycling app that can tell me, during the race or training event, if I’m ahead or behind my goal pace or my goal finish time?
Yes, the patented Pace App provides runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes GPS-based, real-time data regarding their current pace and average (of a pre-selected number of intervals completed) pace and their projected finish time THROUGHOUT the event.
The Pace App also provides, at the end of each interval (miles or KMs), the accurate time difference between the athlete’s goal finish time and projected finish time.
The Pace App then provides the “required pace” for remaining intervals to achieve goal finish time.
The Pace App provides this accurate “situational awareness” information as to how the athlete’s current pace compares to their goal pace and allows the athlete to dial in and hold their goal pace which can help result in personal records (PRs)!
The Pace App also provides the total elapsed time, average pace and the “split” time to complete the previous interval.
All data are recalculated and presented at the end of each interval.
The new, patented Pace App is optimized for Garmin watches, iPhones, Apple Watches and Android / Wear OS watches.
What is a good app to track my distance and number of steps?
The patented Pace App provides runners, cyclists, and other endurance athletes GPS-based, real-time data regarding their distance and number of steps in addition to their projected finish time during the walk or run.
The Pace App’s number of steps is calculated after the user inputs their gait length (running and walking) and, by using GPS to track the user’s distance, the number of steps calculated by the Pace App (by dividing the total distance by the gait length) is very accurate.
Is there a running/ cycling app that can provide my calculated/projected finish time DURING the race or training run?
Yes, the patented Pace App provides runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes GPS-based, real-time data regarding their pace and their projected finish time THROUGHOUT the event.
The Pace App also provides, at the end of each interval (miles or KMs), the accurate time difference between the athlete’s goal finish time and projected finish time.

What makes the Pace App different from other running apps?
The Pace App’s patented technology is the only running app that offers detailed, real-time information about your Projected Finish Time AND your “Required Pace’ for remaining miles or KMs to hit your goal finish time throughout a race or marathon = Personal Records (PRs)!
Optimal energy management
What are the Key Features of the Pace App?
The Pace App provides, during the event the following patented data to know exactly where you stand relative to your goal finish time:
- Projected Finish Time
- Required Pace for remaining intervals
Result? Your own pace management tool to help you attain Personal Records (PRs)!
After the event, the Pace App provides all performance data including:
- Total distance completed
- Total time
- Time for each mile or KM interval (“split” time)
- Total time compared to goal time and the time variance.
- Number of steps
- Apple iPhone and Apple Watch users also have:
- Scalable Google type map showing the location of all completed miles or KMs and
- Line graph of your pace for each interval
- Chart showing all detailed Pace App data
- All data can be emailed directly from your iPhone!
NEW:
- Apple and Android Watch users now have the ability to have the Pace App’s data, including the Projected Finish Time and Required Pace, at the end of each interval, be sent verbally to wireless earbuds in English, French or Spanish.
No need to look at your watch – keep your eyes on the road!
Can the Pace App be used by cyclists, walkers or other distance athletes?
Yes! Cyclists, walkers and distance athletes can also enjoy and benefit from all of the Pace App’s features.
When should I use the Pace App?
