- After event has started, use the UP and DOWN buttons to navigate between the following screens:

Chrono: Shows your real time distance completed in tenths of an interval, your Average Pace over the desired number of look-back intervals, Total Event Time, and current interval time. The current interval will be shown/ frozen for seven seconds after the completion of each interval to allow user to view their time (or, their “split” time) to complete the last interval.
Steps: Shows the instantaneous number of steps during the event.
Goal and Average Pace: Shows the pre-entered Goal Finish Time and the Average Pace necessary over the course of the event to meet that goal. These are static/ unchanging data for the user to refer to during the event.
- On any screen press SELECT to pause the event. Confirm or Cancel prompt will be shown. Choose SELECT to confirm or BACK to cancel.

Below Image of Pace App in ETA Mode During an Event
Current Pace = Instantaneous Pace; Not used in calculating the patented Projected Finish Time or Required Pace
ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival or, Projected Finish Time. Calculated at the end of each interval (Miles or KMs)
Time Var = Time Variance between Goal Finish Time and ETA/ Projected Finish Time. Calculated at the end of each interval
Req Pace = Required Pace needed for remaining intervals to achieve Goal Finish Time. Calculated at the end of each interval
Below Image of Pace App in Chrono (Stopwatch/ Chronometer) Mode During an Event
Intervals Completed = Number of miles or KMs completed including in tenths of an interval
Average Pace = Average pace for the number intervals pre-entered in the patented “lookback” feature of the Pace App. This average pace (not the “Current Pace” or, Instantaneous Pace on the ETA screen) is used to calculate ETA/ Projected Finish Time and Required Pace for remaining intervals to achieve goal finish time. This is recalculated at the end of each interval.
Total Time = Total Elapsed Time
Current Interval = Current time for interval currently completing. Once interval in completed, this time will freeze for seven seconds to allow the user to view the time to complete the last interval (i.e., their last “split” time).
The instantaneous number of steps is based on the walking and running gait length pre-entered by the user (above). It is GPS-based and highly accurate.
